The Uniflex Hydrostatic Test Benches make the efficient and safe final inspection of hose line practical and fast. In case of a leakage the emitting flow back into the tank without any loss of testing fluid. Due to the use of special water-oil emulsion, the assembly is not only tested, but at the same time protected against corrosion. By connecting the optional test report unit all results may be recorded continuously.

The P200 test bench enables more flexible, faster and easier testing of your products: The hose assembly is placed in the test chamber, clamped with a patented clamping system, filled with test medium, subjected to static load up to 3000 bar (optional), and emptied automatically. In the P200E version this testing process can be checked, saved and printed out with the UNIMATIControl E.
